When you place a pre-order, pay the initial amount as specified on the product page (typically 30% or 50% of the total price). This confirms your order and secures your item.
Once we receive your initial payment, we immediately begin sourcing your item from our global network of trusted suppliers and boutiques.
Your item arrives at our facility, passes rigorous quality inspection, and is prepared for shipment to Bangladesh with full tracking.
Upon receiving your luxury piece, you pay the remaining balance (50-70%). Your order is complete, and you can enjoy your curated item.
When you place a pre-order, you pay a Private Sourcing Reservation Fee (30% or 50% as indicated on each product page). This non-refundable advance confirms your order and covers international procurement costs. It filters casual browsers and ensures serious commitment to our sustainable luxury model.
Once sourcing begins, we commit real resources: supplier orders, international shipping, customs processing, and quality inspection. The advance payment protects these hard costs and is industry standard practice for luxury on-demand platforms like Farfetch, Net-a-Porter, and MatchesFashion.
When your item arrives in Bangladesh and is ready for delivery, you'll be notified to arrange the final payment. You must pay the remaining balance before or upon receiving your luxury piece. We accept MFS (bKash, Rocket, Nagad), bank transfer, or credit/debit cards.
All prices are displayed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise specified. Final charges include applicable customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees. Exchange rates for international procurement are locked at the time of initial payment.
We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your financial information. For MFS payments, transactions are processed through official bKash, Rocket, and Nagad merchant accounts. LUVIA never stores your complete payment details on our servers.
If the final payment cannot be completed when your item is ready for delivery, we'll hold your item for up to 7 days. After this period, if payment is not received, the item may be resold and your initial deposit will be forfeited to cover procurement and handling costs.
Pre-orders can be cancelled before procurement begins for a full refund of your initial payment. Once sourcing starts, the initial payment is non-refundable. In rare cases where we cannot fulfill your order, both initial and any subsequent payments will be fully refunded within 2-3 business days.
For MFS and bank transfer payments, please save your transaction receipt and send it to our team via WhatsApp or email. We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and begin processing your order immediately.
