You can cancel your order before we begin procurement from our global suppliers.

After Sourcing Starts

Cancellation requested after supplier order is placed and procurement has begun.

Result:
  • ✗ No refund of advance payment

Delivery Refusal

Order arrives in Bangladesh but customer refuses to accept delivery or pay final balance.

Return Window: 3 days from delivery

Return Policy: No returns accepted
