We operate on a pre-order model where items are sourced specifically for each customer after payment confirmation.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
4. Account Registration

5. Ordering Process
5.1 Curated Collection Orders
For items in our curated collection:
- Browse available products on our website
- Add items to cart and proceed to checkout
- Pay the Private Sourcing Reservation Fee (30-50% of total price)
- We begin sourcing and procurement
- Pay remaining balance upon delivery
5.2 Custom Request Orders
For custom product requests:
- Submit product link, image, or description (free consultation)
- We confirm availability, pricing, and delivery timeline
- Pay the Private Sourcing Reservation Fee upon confirmation
- We source and import your requested item
- Pay remaining balance upon delivery
5.3 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only when:
- You have completed payment of the Private Sourcing Reservation Fee
- We have sent you an order confirmation email
- Procurement has been initiated with our suppliers
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Pricing
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated
- Prices include estimated customs duties and import taxes
- Prices are subject to change without notice until order confirmation
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
6.2 Payment Terms
- Private Sourcing Reservation Fee: 30-50% advance payment required at order placement
- Final Payment: Remaining balance due before or upon delivery
- Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfer, MFS (bKash, Rocket, Nagad)
6.3 Non-Refundable Advance
The Private Sourcing Reservation Fee is non-refundable once procurement begins. This covers:
- Supplier order costs
- International shipping and logistics
- Customs processing and duties
- Quality inspection and handling
7. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Typical delivery: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation
- Delays may occur due to customs, supplier availability, or logistics
- We will keep you informed of any significant delays
- Shipping address must be accurate and complete
- You are responsible for being available to receive delivery
8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1 Before Sourcing Begins
Full refund available if you cancel before we initiate procurement with suppliers.
8.2 After Sourcing Begins
Once procurement starts, orders are final and non-refundable. The advance payment is forfeited to cover committed costs.
8.3 Delivery Refusal
If you refuse delivery or fail to pay the final balance:
- No refund will be issued
- The item becomes LUVIA property
- We may resell the item to recover costs

9. Returns and Exchanges
9.1 Ready Stock Items
Returns accepted within 3 days if:
- Item is unused and unworn
- All tags are intact
- Original packaging is preserved
9.2 Imported/Custom Items
No returns accepted except for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivered
- Significant shipping damage
10. Product Authenticity
We guarantee that all products are authentic and sourced from authorized retailers and boutiques. Each item comes with:
- Authenticity documentation
- Original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase from authorized sources
If you receive a counterfeit item, we will provide a full refund and investigate the matter immediately.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on LUVIA's website, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, images
- Product descriptions and photography
- Software and code
- Trademarks and branding

12. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

13. Limitation of Liability
